Furless outsiders.
Furless. Outsiders.
 
The distinction is important.
 
You can live in Ménicéa and call it your home. I'm not enthused by those who do, but I understand that our proud nation needs growth. Fresh ideas and hands are needed to invigorate our economy and to export word of our wonders.
 
But do not call yourself Ménicéan, furless ones. You do not even know what it means. The bones of my ancestors lay in the hills over Irisport, and in the hills of all the great cities of this land. Even in death they hold vigil. Out blood has watered these crops, our families have built all that there is.
 
You are not Ménicéan. Your blood is from another place, and belongs to another land.
