Wizard sez Io settlement society structure appears to be ruled jointly between civil government and the religious contingent.
 
Their internet is made up of priestly urgings, prayers, propaganda (to serve the purpose of the sarkrell -> return to their homeworld and conquer it).
 
Karel-Ess summoned the demon, asking for power over their oppressive government. This led to the creation of the Sarkrell. History is unclear about the actual battle that took place between the two races but the priests believe that the transformation of the Sarkrell weakened the demon, making him unable to help them and leading to their defeat. Ginlix is generating power for Sargantanas through their worship, praying every day, rituals and services every other day.
