Recalled pacts

There's been little progress in my containment, the crimes of deception still requiring the cost of time.
 
I've thus turned to alliances of eld, secret pacts of mutual benefit handed down from all territorial leaders in the esteemed Mahakala line. This deal involves the Dravanians that have long hidden within the rainforest.
 
For much of its existence the agreement between old Mahakala and Dravanian servants have been one of protection, but I needed eyes to find R'nehva, since I currently couldn't leave.
 
There were tools used to facilitate communication that I would need first.
