Stealth Hunter. If Cnidaria Stratus do not move for 3 consecutive turns they benefit from the invisible condition until the end of the next turn after they move.
Mane of tentacles. Extending for 20" beneath Cnidaria Stratus is a mass of posionous tentacles. Any creature that starts of ends its turn within the Mane automatically takes 6d6 poision damage and must make a DC 16 constitution savings throw or be restrained. If a restrained target fails a 2nd savings throw within the mane they become incapicated. If a restrained target fails a 3rd savings throw within the mane they become paralysed. At the end of the target's turn they make savings throw to remove two levels of effect.
