Virgil "The Sanguine" Ringo

Virgil worked on his family's Smithy near a small town in Surland where he grew up with his friend Ben. When a lost planet (believed to be Alpha) was discovered, Virgil and Ben ‘Wildfire’ Maddox "volunteered" to be sent to establish the frontier on this new world.
While on Alpha, Virgil and Ben were ordered to participate in a raid on a rival nation's colony. Finding such an action to be morally reprehensible, Virgil and Ben stole some horses and escaped to warn the target colony, then eventually stowed away on a supply ship returning to Etolar.
Now having returned to his home planet, and believing himself to be wanted for desertion, Virgil and Ben do what they can to strike at Surland and try to right some wrongs along the way.
