Clare, Claire, Clair, Clayre??? (a.k.a. The Rainbow Renegade)

Claire is a Candy Mutant who lives in The Roripop Kingdom. They are a chaotic force of nature who serves as Misri's right hand and best friend.

Claire's parents died when they were young and was forced to live on the streets. They eventually became a Candy Mutant, thus making them even more denounced by society.

Clair eventually met Misri and was extremely inspired by his steel will and determination. Claiire has been following him ever since.

No one knows how to spell Clare's name, not even themself. They wanted the name because it sounded cool but they never thought of how to spell it.

Rainbow. You can spot Clayre from a mile away.

Physical quirks

Many bandages across their body to cover up their skin that's slowly peeling off into skin tags.

Special abilities

The Rainbow Blitz: The name of a move that Clayre came up with where they throw rainbow colored smoke bombs, made by Misri, in an attempt to mask their movements. Due to their rainbow colored attire blending in with the smoke, this move actually works 40% of the time. It's good for both rushing an opponent and running away/ hiding. Claire uses it sparingly. Can't use their special move all the time, that would ruin its uniqueness.

Education

Claire had difficulty focusing as a child. They received what most would consider a "high end" education, but it never once took into consideration Claire's special needs, and thus, they retained almost none of it.

Failures & Embarrassments

Claire has been a part of many plans to try and spread the word of the Candy Mutants, usually with Misri being the one to organize and execute it. But this previous attempt was Clair's first time planning and taking lead all on their own. Suffice to say, it went terribly.

Claare had planned to gather many Roripop citizens by making them think Princess Blowpop was giving a speech in the Castle District Plaza. Claire wanted to spread awareness of the mutation and the Candy Mutants. Using the help of Caven and Burro Bunch, as well as an unknown individual Claiire has yet to disclose, the plan was almost a success. But it turned out Clare had been used to set up someone else's plan instead. With the people gathered, The Chosen were easily able to launch an attack on them. This resulted in many deaths and left Burro and Claire in the hospital.

Claire had so much hope for this plan and really wanted to prove their worth to Misri, but in the end, they ended up proving their parent's right. That they were a screw up and a failure.

This only worsened when Claire then attempted to get help from Princess Blowpop and probably ended up signing the Mutant's bodies away for free testing instead.
