Quick notes: West Kren is a dictatorship. its one big thing but each important family has a district and then under them each big city has a family over it and under them each smaller town has a ruler but they all answer to the enxt highets up who can be overrulled by their higher ups and so on something like that so its more broken up into states and then counties and then cities and then secters i think when the bears first game to groo west kren counted thier land as a west kren state but as they expanded hey considered themselves a groo family instead, becasue it gave them mroe power over themselves though they still tried to keep positive ties they're something like both and neither
