Contract for the Conditional Freedom of the Condemned of Hell

This contract is entered into between the undersigned, (hereinafter referred to as the "Condemned"), and the Grand Army of Hell (hereinafter referred to as the "Army").

1. The Condemned, having been held in custody in the depths of Hell, is hereby granted conditional freedom. The terms of this freedom are as follows:
2. The Condemned shall serve in the Army as a soldier, and shall obey all orders and commands given by the Condemned's superiors.
3. The Condemned shall remain in the Army's service for a period of not less than one-hundred thousand (100,000) years, or until the completion of the current war or campaign, whichever comes first.
4. The Condemned shall not desert or betray the Army, and shall fight with all their might to achieve the Army's objectives.
5. In the event that the Condemned breaches any of the terms of this contract, their conditional freedom shall be revoked, and they shall be subject to summary execution.
6. The Army shall provide the Condemned with all necessary equipment and supplies for their service, as well as any necessary training or instruction.
7. The Condemned shall be entitled to the same rights and privileges as any other soldier in the Army of equivalent rank, and shall be subject to the same disciplinary actions in the event of any misconduct.
8. This contract is binding upon the parties hereto, and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
9. This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hell as written by our gracious overlord, Vulcan.
