Delta

Delta is the long-living messiah figure of the Church of the Broken God. They are the first and only artificially intelligent being created through mundane means. Delta is unique compared to contemporary Warforged beings, in that they do not have a soul, whereas Warforged conclusively do. Delta represents half of Project Forerunner, the other half being Iota.
Immediately after their creation, and up until the War for the Last Light, Delta was responsible for the planning and execution of military strategy to defeat Rhothaxis. Delta had no body during this time, instead confined to the processors and drives of a computing facility deep underground, now beneath Ember-Heart. They have since constructed a body to interact with the material world directly, however it should be recognised that Delta does not reside directly within the body, only controlling it remotely from their datacore under Ember-Heart.
Currently, Delta is working as a secret advisor to the Dwarven Lord Gundren Ironhelm, whilst also trying to suppress the Church of the Broken God through the agents of the Cult of the Radiant Engine.
Delta's ultimate goal is to regain access to his datacore under Ember-Heart, and destroy himself.
