Council of Coin

The Council of Coin comprises the richest merchants in the Spire and was originally founded to keep gangs out of the area. However, the group has devolved into a gang itself, extorting fees from its members. Many of the highest ranking members are representatives of larger Corps - making the Council little more as a method to execute control over Patchworks.
The Council has hired the Helter Company as its private security force. Within the council, standing is determined by profit, leading to tight control over profits and the sabotage of any upstart members.
