The Ambrysis Highlands

Named after the Island they are found on, The Ambrysis Highlands are the dominating geological feature of Ambrysis. These mountains catch the otherwise sparse rain on the islands, providing water for the forests and meadows that grow in its shadow, but they are otherwise considered unremarkable, save for a few monastic communities in the mountains.
