The Hoboku Karsts

The rugged terrain of The Hoboku Karsts lies in the north.east of Soukoku and marks the transitional area between The Yuyan Dominion and Shizumi. Its peaks and valleys make it quite easy to hide small settlements and operations, so it should come as little surprise that many smugglers, bandits and dissidents choose to set up shop here. The Yuyan Dominion spends great efforts to rid the area of such undesirables, with middling success.
