You sweep an intricately decorated blade in a sideways (cone) or downwards (line) arc, channeling the destructive power of black Baleflame in the affected area. Every creature in the area has to make a Dexterity saving throw, taking [[8d10]] fire damage and half as much on a successful one. A creature that fails this saving throw cannot regain hit points until the end of your next turn, and a creature killed by it is turned to salt.
The Area affected by this spell then becomes Desecrated. At higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 7th level or higher, it deals an additional 1d10 fire damage for each slot level above 6th.
