Nurí / Fae
Nuríians, also known as the fae/fey, are otherworldy beings who originated from the plane of Nurí, the Fae Realm. Rarely seen on Aanrah, they are known as one of the most powerful and dangerous species on Aanrah, and are spoken of in hushed, fearful whispers.
Further physical description is a work in progress.
Nuríians usually only have one child per pregnancy, with twins being incredibly rare. Hybrid species are also incredibly rare in the modern age due to the culture of fear and distrust around Nuríians, but are not impossible. Hybrid offspring of Nuríians appear like their other parent, but with the rune-like patterning found in Nuríians.
Most cultures are openly hostile to Nuríians and those of visible Nuríian descent. Those that aren't are still weary of them, and though they may not be treated as lesser class, they are not trusted.
Nuríians are capable of forming a (generally) single bond with another being, intwinning their soul with their partner's. This manifests as partially connected senses and a unique matching symbol on the back of one of each partner's hands.

Age & Reproduction
The longest lived species known on Aanrah, Nuríians live to an average of 3,000 years, reaching their juvenile age around 200, adulthood around 500, and old age around 2,000.Nuríians usually only have one child per pregnancy, with twins being incredibly rare. General Culture
Nuríians are almost exclusively a part of the Nurí culture, though there are a large number that have branched off into what can be thought as a nameless hybrid of Nurí and Ná. Nuríians are known for covering themselves from head to toe, usually only showing ears in way of skin. Masks are common ways of covering their faces, and are a intregral part of the way other cultures remember them. Many Aanrahn tales speak of Nuríians as clever tricksters with unusual magic, capable of charming people or binding them to their will. They are thought of as generally rather cruel to mortals and uncaring of their well-being.Most cultures are openly hostile to Nuríians and those of visible Nuríian descent. Traits
Nuríians are capable of magic that far exceeds those of other Aanrahn races. They are especially adept at charms and illusions. Like Nymauti demons, Nuríians have a true name which is said to hold power over them - as such, Nuríians go by a second given name to avoid allowing others to gain the upper hand.Nuríians are capable of forming a (generally) single bond with another being, intwinning their soul with their partner's.
