Azir
Azir is a hellishly hot and humid world covered in dense jungles. It is a lawless place filled with humans that have undergone extreme biological changes.
The People
The humans on Azir have clear adaptations for the oppressive atmosphere.
Their chests and lungs are disproportionately large. They have lost all body hair and their skin produces a thin mucus, much like an amphibian.
They seem to spend much of their time in the rivers and wetlands of the planet to avoid the large flying predators of Azir.
Lost
The most puzzling aspect of Azir is that these humans seem to have been isolated long before the Scream. They lack any common language used outside their world, and cursory scans have not revealed technological ruins on the planet.
Research into the planet as been deemed dangerous and unlikely to provide much utility. As such, no official Fonian Mandate research is being conducted.
