Hur
Hur is a somewhat inhospitable planet ruled by thick unbreathable fog banks. All the population centers exist within specialized bubble cities that insulate the inhabitants from the harsh conditions of the world.
The people of Hur did not suffer as much from the Scream as many other worlds, in large part due to the efforts of the Faceless Keepers. This order is in control of a large archive of Pre-Scream information and are dedicated to being teachers of this knowledge and arbiters of agreements. They facilitated the learning of all the skills necessary for the world's survival and now hold a revered and respected position to the rest of the populace.
When the Fonian Mandate arrived in the system, the people looked to the Faceless Keepers for advice on whether they should join them. The Keepers said it would be for the best, but insisted that several oaths be made by Morin themselves to the Faceless Keepers before they would give their blessing.
This requirement was fulfilled and Hur has since been a productive member of the Fonian Mandate.
