Pacters

Pacters are a kind of Psychic that emerged on Helgreg after the Scream. They have the ability to create and control Shadows. Pacters are only known to exist on Helgreg.

Many of these Pacters have formed the ruling class of several bubble cities, including their capital Ramsgate. While being a Pacter does not necessarily make a person a member of this political entity given the hostility with Hunters, Helgreg's other unique psychics, it is almost inevitable that individual Pacters join the larger organization.

Notable Families

White

The white family is a militant group. It is suspected, but not confirmed that they have been engaging in unlawful skirmishes with the Hunters to stir up trouble.
