Adora

South of the continent of Aurelia, Adora is the southernmost known continent. It is a warm to mild continent intersected by mountain ranges where many Dwarves now make their homes. Adora is the original homeland of the Goblinoid races before the destruction of Archefyre. After the destruction, many Elves found their way onto the continent through new portals to the Feywild. Goblinoid and Elven armies clashed, resulting in a continent partitioned between the three races and a great deal of tension. Many goblinoids, in the end, left Adora for the other continents. Some would make their homes in cities while others lived lives being hunted across the countryside as they gave into their base natures. Some who remained would interbreed with the newly arrived Elves, creating the Orc race.
Adora was the location of an event known as the Goblin Rising where the Goblinoid God Maglubiyet sent a portion of his essence to possess a grey hobgoblin named Okvarz. Okvarz united the Goblinoids and launched an all-out war across Adora with many Goblinoids striking out across Aberiam alongside the Okvarz' armies. In the end, Okvarz would be killed by the adventuring band known as the Red Company. The continent would return to an uneasy status-quo with Elven-aligned Hobgoblins being put in charge of the resulting successor states.
