Aurelia

Located in the Northern Hemisphere to the west of Aseth and north of Adora, Aurelia, sometimes known as Aurorius, is a continent known for frigid winters and mild summers. In the past, it was dominated by the ancient Dvati and Minotaur civilizations before the destruction of the plane of Archefyre and the beginning of the Gods Plague during which the Dvati and Minotaur gods were devoured by Tiamat. Emerging Elven kingdoms have since gained a great deal of power over the continent with the ancient Dvati Empire completely collapsing and the Minotaur tribes retreating into the Undercroft.

Geography

Aurelia is a mountainous continent in its northern region with a generally rough landscape. A defining feature of Aurelia is the Aurora which is visible in the northern regions during the winter. At times of high magical concentrations, such as during the casting of powerful spells, the Aurora is known to extend across the continent.
