Banshee's Siren

"You hear it too, don't you, lad? Those wailings, out there. Those are people of the land, unable to rest as they stayed there, instead of broke free. Do me a favour, lad. Keep to the sea, because if a banshee is that close to us, on the coast, just think of the horrors deeper within Lydgartha,"

- Captain Grafberry Raven
The Banshee's Siren is a nickname assigned to one of the lighthouses that exist upon the coastal regions of the dark kingdom known as Lydgartha. Away from much of society, in a dreary wasteland of sand and mud, this lighthouse has been haunted by the spirit of a sailor and more importantly, his eternally mourning wife, who was a banshee. The sirens of this lighthouse have been broken for many years now, but due to the banshee not allowing anyone inside, all that alerts of the location to any passers-by to the dangers of such a place, and that the land is close. Lydgartha is known for its horrors, but one like this is rare to be matched, perhaps only by The Myriad's Tomb. The wailing echoing in the lighthouse itself has been described as either sobbing, or searching after the husband to the Banshee, in pleads for him to come home.
The insides of the lighthouse itself is a spiral staircase that transcends multiple stories until ending with an open balcony surrounding the bright light that used to be able to help any travellers at sea. The eternal wailing is the only sign of land being close to those piloting vehicles of the sea. Many rooms and decorations can be found within the lighthouse itself. A dining room made for a small family, three bedrooms, all within close vicinity of each other, and a small library, where the Banshee would spend most of her time. It's unclear if it was her, or her husband that was a fan of reading books, but it is where she spends most of her time regardless.
Other spirits of the drowned often come here in seeking Asylum. Whilst not allowed within the lighthouse, as it is the Banshee's domain, they are allowed to linger around the building, and upon the coastline. Due to the dark fog that forms often in Lydgartha, many describe these spirits, whenever out at sea, as watchers from the mainland, judging, in a sense. As they hold no discernible features, their eeriness is amplified. Many believe these lot to be ancestors of current travellers at sea, watching over the waves in a sense of either judgement or respect of those that travel them now. The Banshee herself never leaves the lighthouse, in an eternal search. She would do anything to reunite with him, under any conditions.
Due to the weary adventurers that talk of this place, The Spirit Hunters have made multiple attempts to enter the lighthouse. The Banshee from inside is hesitant however, she has no idea if they are there to take her, kill her, or reunite her with her husband. She fights off any hunter who enters, but due to the low-threat of the area, the Hunters do not consider it valuable enough to invade with a full-force of warriors. The spirits along the sea are not used in any nefarious way, and so the Spirit Hunters consider it okay, for now, to be left in the material plane. Other organizations have shown interest in the land, especially Stitchers, for the area to become land used for the Stitcher's Catapult due to it's close barrier with areas closer in Lydgartha, and being in the vicinity for other catapulted materials from Scyllia.
Despite the Banshee's undead form, now, the spirits outside remind her of any other sailor that her husband would've travelled with. She has resorted to boarding up all of the windows, and even the lights, partially, along the side of the coast. This has resulted in the Lighthouse being officially considered ruins, as it is unable to help any travellers at sea on their journeys.
