Edraele Trisyra
Edraele Trisyra is a female sun elf that serves as an adviser and councilor to Lord Andel Caldel. Even at standing at just under 5½ feet tall and weighing no more than 112 lbs, Edraele's presence is both commanding and intoxicating. She has none of the usual elf traits that would make her seem disdainful or arrogant. Rather, she displays a kind of grace and kindness that one could suspect to be almost divine in nature.
She is very much an optimist, always seeing the silver-lining in any situation. This has worked well for her in her previous role as an ambassador, along with her erudite personality. She enjoys reading ancient lore and historical accounts of cultures long since passed, of ancient ruins or magical artifacts lost to time -- along with the occasional elvish tryst novel. While she is extremely intelligent, she has been known to be a bit naive, which has led to a few betrayals of trust in her life. These events always devastate her when they happen and she withdraws from the community in order to reflect. Each time, however, she has bounced back quickly and conducts herself in much the same way as she did before -- believing in the power of people to do good.
Originally from Estia, she moved to Sestatrea in the hopes of further improving relations with the human kingdom to the north on behalf of the Acilidan government. After spending time in Laskea she's become attached to the land and its people. She requested an opportunity to serve one of the noble houses from King Alwyn Nede of Laskea in hopes of settling town in a quaint human settlement where she can continue her work on behalf of the Sun Elves and perhaps start a family. Upon her request being granted, she took leave from diplomatic service with the Kingdom of Acilidan and moved to the small town of Hirane. With a writ to serve under permission of the King, she took the role as Lord Caldel's adviser and councilor in early 2272 and has been serving him since.
Edraele enjoys being among the people, and can often be found socializing within the What Ales You tavern making her rounds and checking in on the townsfolk. Edraele has heard the rumors circulating the town that Lord Caldel seeks to woo her. She dismisses these rumor with a heartfelt smile, however her consumption of ale leads her in dropping a hint that she has her eye on someone else in town. But due to her position, seeking a relationship with this individual would be improper.

History
When Edraele Trisyra arrived in Hirane during the spring of 2272, she was immediately introduced to Berny Page, and it was love at first sight. He presented himself as a noble Captain of the Town Guard, and pledged to protect her and serve as her sword and shield for the betterment of Hirane, and Laskea as a whole. Berny was also immediately taken by her beauty and grace, and found himself suddenly finding reasons to report to House Caldel in order to give her daily briefings. His intentions were quite obvious to Edraele, even though he always remained a gentleman and kept a respectable distance.
Nicknames & Petnames
Berny affectionately calls Edraele Ellie, though when feeling romantic will call her his Radiance. She only calls him My Captain, and uses the term freely when conducting official business. It is typically said in a tone that, to a common observer, one wouldn't think twice about it as it would seem reasonable that as the adviser and councilor of Hirane, Berny certainly is Her Captain. However, it is understood between the two that she is calling him her champion, her protector, and her love. Berny beams with pride every time he hears those words.

At their core, both Berny and Edraele share the same desire for wanting to make a positive change in people's lives, and using their position to promote and advance justice for the common folk. Both are noble, compassionate, and caring while also sharing a love for the small hamlet of Hirane. They often spend time discussing their ideas of how to make Hirane a better place -- from changes in the logistics of the town to make the food supply less susceptible to running dangerously low, down to possibly planting flowerbeds in certain locations to make the hamlet more aesthetically appealing.
