The leader of the guild is the current Champion , which is whoever challenges the previous head and wins.

Culture

The guild hosts a small tournament every Saturday where new members can join if they place above any current member in the guild.
They used to go on quests outside the walls to see who could prove their mettle but that has halted since the walls have been closed.
