Shada's Lot
Structure
Shada Kreen, having just joined the Hunter's Guild for some extra cash while she was out on the road as the city shut down, and looking for some people to travel with, recruited a small group and helped them get Ascium Adventuring Licenses. She now leads this little band of adventurers outside of the walls on a regular basis.
Culture
The group is small and maybe just a little bit elitist, believing they deserve their licenses for being successful at transferring their skills to adventuring and that the others of the guild are just slacking.
