Horgardalsa

Unlike most of the mountain realms, the capital of Vol’ Badir is aboveground. The town is constructed over rolling hills, the streets run along the troughs while many of the homes and businesses are under the crests with street-level doors, the hilltops tend to be reserved for parklands, monuments, and shrines.
