Kuppen

The Kuppen peoples are a culture that derives its name from 'Kuppe' a word meaning a rounded non-rocky mountain. The Kuppen are mainly Hill and Valley Dwarves, but there are also many Ogres and a surprising number of Undead who consider themselves of the Kuppen Culture.
The Kuppen are cynically pious, they have a strong religious culture where the religious leaders are the absolute rulers of their peoples, but religion, mainly based around the Lunar Gods is viewed in a fairly utilitarian and pragmatic way, it is a bargain made with the gods in exchange for power.
