The Domain of Darkness is the pantheon that comprises most of the gods in the Shadowfell. The alignments it composes are

• Chaotic Evil

The Shadowfell's pantheon is rather neutrally aligned, though with the twisted abominations that lurk in the shadows there sometimes; many evil aligned people can find purchase there, while there are plenty good-natured people who prefer to hide in the shadows. Lawful alignments tend not to find too much interest in skulking about, but convincing cases can be made for both Lawful Evil and Lawful Good aligned believers.
