Cleargate
Cleargate is the settlement that was founded east of Ketora, Institute of the Arcane to house all the studests and the staff of the school. Later more and more people moved here and a small town formed here. Nowadays only a tenth of the people living here are students of the insitute.

A tenth of the people living here are students of Ketora, Institute of the Arcane. The rest are common folk who live a peacful lives in this small town.
Defences
There is a garrison of 50 guards in town. Their headquarters is a small keep at the northern edge of town.
Infrastructure
The largest building in town is a church of Xetus. It was one of the first things that was constructed when the town was founded.
Assets
There are a few shops here and there, one inn, a blacksmith and a store that specializes in magic items.
