Ketora, Institute of the Arcane

Ketora is the most well known school of the Arcane ways. People of all races and genders come here to learn the ways of magic.
This building is an immensely large manor with many wings, tens of stories and multiple towers. It is built of black stone and dark wood. The roof shingles are dark as night and don't reflect light at all. It is jaw dropping experience to witness this building in person.
The teaching methods might be strict and even cruel, but the Institute's track record is admirable. Almost all students graduate and learn everything from evocation spells to conjuration, and everything in between. All schools of magic are taught here and perfected.
After the death of The Emperor less and less people attend this once prestigious institute. Magic is not as safe as it used to be.
