The Slums

Demographics

Here lives the poorest souls in all the Empire, the ones who cannot afford to live inside the walls of Hellsholm. They might not even see tomorrow because every day is a struggle for survival. The most common race found here is Humans, but members of all other races, especially outcasts end up here.

Government

There is no ruler in The Slums. It's cruel world where crime is rampant and safety is only something hoped for.

Defences

The Slums has no defenses. If an attack on Hellsholm would occur, the people living here would not cause any issue to the opposing forces and would just be massacred from the way of the invasion.

Infrastructure

The whole area is built of shanty houses, huts and tents.

Assets

The only valuable asset The Slums has to offer is manpower. Lower City business owners sometimes buy cheap labor from here.

History

The Slums slowly formed around the city after its building was done. All the people who couldn't afford to live within the city started building shacks around it, hoping one day they might have enough wealth to move inside the walls.
