Lower City

Lower City is the biggest ring in Hellsholm. This is where the poor and the wretched live their lives. This part of town is slightly cleaner than The Slums and The Hellsholm Guard patrol here.

Demographics

The poor and the common folk live here. People who have barely enough wealth to survive but don't live in the surrounding villages or The Slums live here. There are lots of beggars everywhere, sick people on the streets, and gangs ruling different parts of the Lower City.

Defences

There is a huge 65ft tall wall surrounding the Lower City. It's the main defense of Hellsholm.

Industry & Trade

Most of the craftsmen in the Lower City are smiths of differing sorts, tanners, woodworkers and brothels.

Infrastructure

This part of the city consists mostly of housing, markets, brothels, smiths, and tanners.

Assets

Dozens of weapon and armor smiths are sacttered all over the Lower City. These smiths get most of the raw materials they use from The Iron Hands merchant organization.
Near the Market of Fleas one can find multiple tanners and shoemakers. On the ourskirts of the area there are woodworkers huts.

Guilds and Factions

There are multiple shady organizations within the Lower City. Some of them hold more power than others but all of them control a certain part of the city.
