The first set of trinkets belongs to the Magicore Technician. These devices operate in a wide variety of ways. Some of them are essentially tools to extend skill ranks to someone, allowing them to utilize a skill they don't have, or utilize it at a higher level of skill. Others enhance movement or allow types of movement a creature didn't have, others still offer a potential variety of protections. These are not like other powers or spells or chemicals or even performances, as they do not have a Target Number at base. If you wish to build them in a more permanent fashion they would have a Craft TN which you can establish and discuss with your GM should that be relevant to you. These objects shall be laid out quite simply, merely noting their effect for all three Tiers.
