Hoburgdorf

The official settlement of the imperialist-expansionist Hoburg kingdom on Aelcantar, and from where their power-hungry king sends expeditions, armies and plots to seize the entire of Aelcantar in the name of all Halflingkind. Hoburgdorf is more military fortress than it is a city, but none the less has a significant population of civilians from most civilized races living outside its walls.
