Smallfolk Bay

Located in the cold northeast of Aelcantar, fenced in by breathtaking mountains on both sides, Smallfolk Bay is officially named "The fingertips" for the iconic rock-formations bordering the entrance to the inner bay, but is referred to by everyone but its inhabitants as "Smallfolk Bay" for containing the inlet to all officially sponsored Dwarven, Gnomish, Halfling and Goblin settlements in Aelcantar.
