High-King Hia (Noble) Nefe (First) in Yabayan was the First High-King of Fèm mè kè̃ (fɛm mɛ kɛ̃) that translates to Ice Heart in ĩlwa, the original Capital of the Elves.

Origins

Born in the Apihi (meaning Ancient-land in Yabayan) in around 6500AoM, Hia Nefe was a member of the race Fafaba (Elves). Leader of a small village of elves, in the year 6885AoM, Hia would meet the first man to make contact with elves, Prince Hea Haab.
