House Preda (House PREE-DUH)
House Preda, a gnomish house, has the most coveted role in all Copari: overseeing the retirement city of Marvest. Marvest, being a city of fun, joy, prosperity, and relaxation, is the destination of all who serve their time working for the nation. Because one is required to work fifty years before they can qualify for retirement, Marvest is comprised almost entirely of long-lived ancestries like elves and dwarves. There are some humans in the city, though they rarely live long enough to enjoy its pleasure for more than a decade or two.
