Helaedrin Calendar

Developed by the Elven scholar Helaedrin during the first generation after the Forging of the Continent, the calendar was first used by the Elves, but eventually adapted by all races after < The Great Meeting >, when Human, Dwarve, and Elve came together for the first time at the mouth of the Sea Lake Valley.
The calendar is broken in to eight (8) months based on the eight alignments of the planet's four moons, konwn as The Convergence during a single cycle of the four (4) seasons.

Breakdown

• 9 days per week
• 6 weeks (54 days) per month
• 8 months (48 weeks) (432 days) per year

Year Eras

• AFC -- After Forging of Continent -- Refers to the era between the continent's founding and the time fall of the Aldvire Empire
• AE - After Empire -- Refers to the current era, after the fall of the Aldvire Empire.
