Afonwrion Veer

As one, if not the most important group of spellcasters inside Gwynfire, the Avanir are conjuring and upholding the flow of the waters in and around the city. Without the Afonwrion Veer, the desert would reclaim the now lush oasis and turn in back into desert.
Any caster inside the Avanir is treated with the highest of respects by the Ciraens.
