Dion was traveling through the Everchanging Forest with his best friend Faye and her younger sister Kiama, when unnoticed by them the forest was changing around them. While this is not unusal, the still green Taari were surprised when they didn't find their way back to their town, but instead landed on a road on the other side of the forest.
Lucky for them, fate had something prepared. Alcina Norovar, who's family runs the Alchemist's Alembic, was on her way to A Shattered World Reunited to pick up some supplies for the Alembic when she saw the stranded three. Without hesitation they joined her and they had become inseperable since.
Nowadays Dion is in charge of collecting and studying herbs from the forest, preparing potions and cataloging supplies that the Alembic needs to reorder them. He hates long discussions or arguments, any kind of stress and is a very friendly but introverted character.
