King Kilvar Frostbeard
Kilvar is the Stone Dwarf king of Deep Delve, in the mountains of Denethen's Helm. He is quite boastful of the grandeur and prosperity of Deep Delve. The fact that he has very little contact with the outside world or that the city has no natural predators has not influenced his attitude at all. Kilvar is proud, and arrogant and has little time for those that do not see his city for the greatness that it is.
Kilvar has taken the title of King of Deep Delve, which he justifies as his right. His claims that he is solely defending Dwarven culture in the north, and that there is no longer any real connection to the rule of Forgehome and Shalehaven. Nobody has taken issue with it as he is correct for the most part; there is very little connection anymore. He assumes that Thane Orsik Steelfist owes him fealty, but that is not really the case.
