Kirrili Feathershaft

There is a bowyer and fletcher shop called Eaglewood that is run by an Elf from Aspenshield named Kirrili Feathershaft. She has taken her skills from the forest folk and decided to make a living providing standard and masterwork bows and arrows of all kinds. She has made a great name for herself in Hollow's Point and many of the mercenaries and nobles alike have commissioned her for her weapons. She makes a distinct point of not making any other kinds of weapons aside from longbows or shortbows, but she does make some special arrows that have brought her a lot of attention.
