The Mottled Peak tribe is a band of Human barbarians that trade well with the people of Hollow's Point. They make sure to thwart any Goblin invasions or give warning of any Goblin settlements that might pop up. They are led by a gregarious and friendly warrior of great size and girth by the name of Olaf Olafson.
