Commander of the Militia

Led by their Commander Ulmo High-hill, the militia of Meadowspring is surprisingly ready for action. Outside of the full-time soldiers, the members of the Meadowspring Militia do not typically take their drills very seriously. Ulmo would like to see more discipline, but he is resigned to accepting the favourable outcome. He is a devout follower of Lutien, and he knows that the Littleman will see to the city’s protection.
