Avarite

The first Avarites arrived when a primitive human tribe had channeled the elements through their worship of Sytys & Avar. This channeling modified their own offspring to forge humanoid beings with elemental qualities. Seeing the births as a blessing of the gods, the tribe continued the act until eventually their human beginnings were no longer present. Four new tribes emerged, one of each element in the form of Avarites. Many societies have the belief that Avarites come from an unholy copulation between demons and humans, but that is an opinion of fear. Being ostrisized for so long by societies of humans, most Avarites remain within tribes of their own kind away from the general populous. All Avarites feel a deep connection to Avar and long to be one with Avar through their perspective element.
