Dwarven Pantheon
Circle of Doratharr
The term Doratharr means "family of Dorath." The Dwarven Pantheon came to be known as this at its outset with Dorath viewing family as one of the most important things in Dwarven culture. The Circle of Doratharr grew over time as certain rulers of the Dwarves were lifed up by their people to become a part of the circle to be viewed as gods. While this action didn't occur often in the early years of the Dwarves, it did become a ritualistic honor for dead rulers to be named to the Circle when buried in the Tomb of Kings. While honorarily named to the Circle, the rulers weren't viewed as equals to the true Circle of Doratharr, but it was believed they were granted a place within the Great Hall of Monyurath, the home of the Dwarven gods. The heavenly mountain of Monyurath is regarded as an incredible creation of Dorath. It is believed to home the souls of worthy Dwarves that upheld the decrees of Dorath. While the lower levels were reserved for these Dwarves, the Great Hall was believed to be the home of all worthy Dwarven Rulers. For the souls to pass beyond the Great Divide, the Dwarves believe that Dorath used the Fabric of Aero to tether the mountain of Monyurath to Mount Gargathan, the tallest mountain in Aethos. This belief is anchored by the fact that the Star of Dorath has remained fixed above Gargathan in the North.Dorath the Designer
