Evermore

Hidden island home of the Elves. It is a very difficult place to find. An elf near their end may remember its location through revery. Also, those who were born there and traveled away, can often remember the course to return.
Evermore merged with the Feywild during the Great Cataclysm, leaving its presence with the Weave greatly pronounced. It is the head of the Elven High Council. Although it rarely interjects in mainland affairs, when it raises its voice, all elves listen.
Elves in their twilight, feel the call of Evermore and wish to return there for their final days.
