The Unseen Hand

A large secret criminal network whose currency is information. No one knows who the leader or leaders are of the organization as they keep their identities well hidden, even from their most trusted members. There does seem to be some type of hierarchy within its structure.
Members of The Unseen Hand have a mystical tattoo of "The Eye" on the palm of their hand that only appears in moonlight. It is said that leader sees all through both the image and those that bear it. The image can be found across the world at countless locations, though very few would ever spot it.
