Blackmount

On the eastern borders of Wernich land Blackmount is the home of the The Stray Chapter  mercenary company. This orphan chapter acts as the 'state orphanage' for the county of Wernich and pays only in taxes what profits it makes from tending to the needs of those in its care. 
As part of the agreement the Stray Chapter also agreed to never take arms against the Hesse family and to provide their forces without charge in the event of attack.
