Zakath

Zakath is one of the Great Cities of Aesalia located on the continent of Zakahith. Though not the largest of the Great Cities Zakath was the oldest and the cultural capitol of the lost Draconic Imperium. 
Zakath was the last of the Great Cities to be found by the mer and survived under draconic rule far into the third age. Zakath is a glorious place of opulent grandeur that lacks in efficiency and function. Designed to serve its masters with servants being an undesired afterthought the city is a glorious and beautiful place.
