A young Gnomish man, Leanus Tulney is the appointed mayor of Lakeacre and is known as a good friend of the Kysten family. With a hard focus on keeping the tourists happy and economy strong, Leanus is known as a bit of a coin snake. Leanus and his wife Terinda are often seen speaking with tourists, buying them drinks, and mingling with the rich. Though in other places this would be seen as poor taste by the common folk, those that live in Lakeacre know that they live and die by the nobles who settle or stop by Lakeacre.
