Mayor Mawa Ellen Rowe
Mawa Rowe or Mayor Rowe is the appointed mayor of Westford for the past 30 years. She is known as a loyal member of Requiem, and was the one to call for help during the One Day Rebellion, which took the life of her own husband. Mawa is a well spoken woman.
She appears in her 60s, with a straight back, pale skin, and white hair that curls at its longest points.
